Deliveries and returns

DELIVERIES 

When you are about to pay for your purchase, the shipping areas, available delivery methods and delivery times and costs will appear. 

  • The delivery periods are merely indicative as they may depend on factors out of the control of Green Fit Recovery, Lda, which will therefore not be liable for any damage occurring as a result of late delivery.
  • As the goods and services are aimed at the end consumer, the risk of loss or damage is transferred thereto when this person or a third party designated thereby comes into possession of the goods.
  • As regards the delivery of the goods, the customer must verify that these are correct, informing the delivery company of any damage detected that should be mentioned on the corresponding delivery slip. 
  •  In the event of the existence of hidden defects, the customer must inform the contact persons of Green Fit Recovery, Lda, indicated on the website, of this fact, in writing, within 24 hours.

The amounts charged for home delivery vary according to the type of transport and the location. 

 
For home deliveries, you will receive a delivery confirmation email (sent when you order leaves our warehouse). 
You may be contacted by the delivery company by text message or email to inform you regarding the delivery of the goods. 

 

RETURNS 

Returns will only be accepted if the product is intact, strictly the same as when it was shipped and accompanied by an invoice, without detriment to the legal provisions applicable in the event of the existence of dissatisfaction and the right to free contract cancellation applicable to online purchases. 
 
In the event of damage, the item will be replaced with a new one, unless there is no available stock. In this case, a refund will be issued, using the same payment method used by the consumer to make the purchase. Any delivery costs paid are non-refundable. 
The refunding of the purchase will be carried out by Green Fit Recovery, Lda, within a maximum period of 30 days, using the same payment method as that used by the consumer.  

 

The right to a free return is not applicable when: 

  • the supplied goods were personalised;
  • goods have been supplied that are sealed for health or safety reasons and have been opened after delivery, for example, stethoscopes and toothbrushes;
  • the items show signs of use, food waste, dirtiness or dust or any anomaly caused by the user;
